I was born in Alexandria Egypt in 1933 and migrated to Australia in 1956 where I lived in Sydney for 7 years. I then settled in Melbourne.
I married Kathy in 1957 and together we have had four daughters, Margaret, Anna, Christine and Alexia as well as 5 grand-children.
In order to renew friendships and stay connected with people I grew up with, I became a member of EEAMA in 1971 and have been on the Executive Committee since 1996.
The main areas I am involved with at EEAMA include the Ptolemie elderly, Bingo and I am in my second term as assistant treasurer. I also was heavily involved with the building maintenance of 47 Whiteman Street where EEAMA was originally based.
