Chocolate sorbet

 

400g dark chocolate

1 litre low fat milk

 

Chop chocolate into squares. Heat chocolate in milk over low heat until completely melted. Stand pan in iced water until mixture is cold. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Pour into ice cream machine and churn until set.
